News: Arrow MD in Mysterious Mauritania

When the phone rings at Arrow Geophysics we handle calls from two minutes up the road to requests from Malta, Ireland, Yemen or anywhere in between. Early June saw MD Tim Archer flying to Mauritania for a week at the request of some clever people looking for mineral deposits and they needed their people on the ground trained by someone who really knows what they are doing. So resplendent in all things camel coloured our MD spent a week sleeping under the stars and training the local team in the does and don’ts of geophysics and best practice to maximise results. Tim commented “It is a beautiful country with a diverse population. Our reputation of being willing to travel and impart our knowledge as well as undertake the work for other clients once again led to the phone ringing and I was delighted to be in Mauritania, especially as the weather was so poor in the UK”.
